Cuba - Day 4 (End)

Updated: May 7, 2022

I noticed each paladar meal got better and better and Café Ajiaco was no exception. The service and food were excellent.

This restaurant was definitely one of my favorites. The soup and black beans were so good. But, the rolls were absolutely the best bread I tasted while in Cuba.

The chefs came out for a well-deserved acknowledgement of appreciation. They were introduced by one of the managers (Pedro Torres).

We headed to Varadero where we checked into the Meliá Varadero, an all-inclusive hotel. At this Meliá, our rooms were located on “The Level” where they provided concierge service, a lounge with food, and other amenities.

My Room

This snack was waiting for me: fruit plate, chocolate, and a bottle of rum.

View from the balcony.

I had a relaxing massage under one of the gazebos.

We were free to explore the all-inclusive for the evening. I had dinner at the Trinidad restaurant, in the evening their specialty was seafood . The meal was alright.

The next day would be our last day of touring.
